Thanks to everyone…

for the birthday greetings on the previous post and elsewhere,  they were all much appreciated.  Liz over in Lexington, Kentucky very generously gave me a Chiltern Seeds gift voucher as a combined birthday and Christmas present which I’m spending on various flower seeds, so the plot should be even more floriferous next year.

It’s been an unsettled week with plenty of rain and wind, so even when I’ve been to the plot it’s been too soggy to do very much.  That looks like continuing over the weekend and into early next week.

The cornus/dogwood leaves have been turning red and dropping over the past few weeks.  These I’ll collect and add to the compost heap.  At the same time it’s been been flowering again!

Take care, and have a good weekend!
