Crocus on the plot Monday
and snowdrops out the back Tuesday
helped make this a good start to March and Spring.
Have a good weekend!
Daffy it’s so good to see plants like these again! xx
Spring must be on it’s way now. I find I’m liking white flowers more and more. I always used to go for colours such as yellow or lilac crocus’s, but white seems so much more understated and pretty somehow.
Jo I’m sure that it is! I like white flowers as they seem to contrast so well with the foliage. I also like yellow ones! xx
Lovely! You can never have too many crocus and snowdrops. A sure sign that Spring is on its way. x
Louise thanks! I agree, and I hope that it is! xx
Oh, what a happy picture that is of nodding snowdrops and upturned crocuses! Spring is coming to the plot!
Nikki a cheering sight indeed! It’s about time! xx
Oh Mike I just love those snowdrops,
they are simply gorgeous, brightened my day after
fouling up my computer,, thanks luvvy….
Glory you’re welcome, and I’m glad that you like them so much!
I’m sure that your computer problems will be sorted out soon.
Take care! xx

Carrie indeed, and they were all open today!
Thanks, and you too! xx
Oop North still got hard frosts at night but the little green spikes are beginning to show through.
Pond still freezes overnight, but unfrozen by 10am, why, the sun has shone for four days in a row.
Mrs K there’ve been frosty overnights here as well!
It’s been a good week and I’ve been plotting four days since Monday. Huzzah indeed! xx
Very nice. We just have piles of snow at the moment 😦
Lisa hello and thanks! Brrr, I hope that it soon goes and spring arrives there as well. xx
your snowdrops are stunning! seeing a picture of yours makes me want to plant my own.
Letterstolife hello and thanks! They were late this year but well worth the wait , and as you say stunning.
How absolutely gorgeous. Friends of mine had purple species crocus that spread across their front lawn; it was a sight to behold!
Liz I agree. That sounds lovely, I’ve got some on the plot. xx
