Over recent weeks I’ve been enjoying looking at the superb images on NiC’s London Daily Nature Photo.
I’ve always liked photo blogs and this one has become a favourite, especially as the pictures have been taken about 15 miles down the road from me.
I particularly like one image and asked NiC if I could use part of it for my new header! He thankfully agreed and I think that it looks terrific.
I have also changed the theme which I hope you like as much as I do!

Looking good Flighty. I hope you’re enjoying the sunny if windy morning up at the plot before the sleet, snow and very possibly hot hail arrives later on in the weekend.

NiC hello, I’m well pleased with it. I went to the plot this morning just to top up the bird feeders and have a look round. It was far too cold to stay and do anything! I’m at the bookshop all day tomorrow and will probably spend most of Sunday and Monday sofa flying. Cheers!

Wow, I like this layout too, the blue on white looks fantastic. Thanks for the link for London Daily Nature Photo, I have just had a quick look, the photos are amazing, I shall keep my eye on this one, how envious am I of the photography. Enjoy Gardeners World tonight and your weekend of books and sofa flying! I hope to get out in the garden over the weekend at some point, I am way behind, too much of this thing they call blogging! x

LDNP is a really excellent photoblog. The images should be good as I think that it’s NiC’s day job.
I’ll watch Gardeners’ World, then settle down with a good book.

It’s a beautiful header - very spring -like. I also like the clarity of the white background. Good choice. For some reason, I have problems reading blogs when it’s white type on a dark background.
I shall also have to spend some time catching up on the London Daily Nature Photo ..
