Wonderful example of technology! Compares beautifully with the awful content of the programme the other night, which dealt with the flying bombs of the Kamikazi pilots. Would love to hear your comments..

Irishpisky it is indeed! I didn’t see the programme but have read a couple of books on the subject. I shall keep an eye out in case it gets repeated and will catch up with it then.
It’s difficult to comprehend such actions as they seem so alien, and desperate, to us but from a Japanese stand point at the time it must have all about honour and patriotism. Certainly kamikaze attacks were often deadly killing many and causing tremendous damage.

The interior of these helicopters is every bit as luxurious as you’d expect them to be.
